"My father, Mr. Raj Kumar Dubey, fell from the bed on 26th October, and due to severe pain, I brought him to Swastham Medicare, near Fusion Homes, Greater Noida West Sector 4. First of all, the hospital is super clean and well-maintained it actually feels more like a 3 star hotel than a hospital! The staff is polite, cooperative, and very caring. It really gave us the feeling that my father was not a patient, but a guest 😊 The doctors and nursing team were excellent. My father’s operation went smoothly, and everything was handled in a very professional and organized way. A big thank you to the entire team! Now, just a small (and slightly funny) complaint 😄 The surgery package included a private room, and my father was initially shifted to Room No. 102. However, shortly after, the nursing staff came and said, “Sir, that room isn’t available; you’ll have to move to a semi-private room (Room No. 105).” Well, we went in expecting a private suite but ended up with roommates — a little surprise upgrade in reverse! 😅 This part felt a bit unethical, as the promised private room was changed without prior notice. Still, everything else — from cleanliness to care was top-notch. If you’re looking for a clean, well-managed, and disciplined hospital, Swastham Medicare is a great choice. Just make sure to double-check your room category before admission 😉"
